Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully meet the contract requirements, ensuring their suitability for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. All goods will be tested as per contract provisions to demonstrate compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract terms, the seller must rectify the defect and/or retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with goods that meet contract requirements within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must implement a stringent quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
