Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal experiences balanced pressure due to strategically placed balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. Options for shaft sealing include soft packing, which can be cooled or uncool, tailored to operation needs.
A variety of single and double end mechanical seals are available, with the option to use balanced types for tailored sealing solutions.
Durable ball bearings and a generously sized shaft diameter ensure the pump's smooth and efficient operation. Select pump body specifications are engineered with double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, which includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, is designed as an integrated component. This allows for easy maintenance of the pump body without needing to remove it from the pipeline when using an extended coupling.
When utilizing the shaft, the motor remains intact. The flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25, adaptable per material differences, and also applies to ANSI125 standards.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
