Dedicated Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods will fully meet contract requirements, aligning perfectly with their intended design and construction use. Performance values and tolerances are not just met but are exceeded. Rigorous testing, in accordance with contractual provisions and attachments, ensures that all technical specifications and performance data are strictly adhered to.
Should any goods or components fail to meet contractual standards, the seller commits to resolving defects, inspecting, and retesting items at no additional cost. This must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If unresolvable, the buyer may reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives. Replacement must adhere to the original contract's delivery schedule.
The seller is obligated to maintain an effective quality assurance process, mirroring the standards of the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSH180001/HSE requirements.
The robust warranty for our four pumps extends to 18 months post-shipment or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, parts will be replaced gratis. Additionally, if malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, timely support will be provided. Replaced parts enjoy a one-year warranty period.

2. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
