The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contractual requirements, ensuring they are impeccably designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or exceed all required performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as specified in the contract and its attachments, will confirm their capability and adherence to all technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should the goods or any components fail to adhere to the contract stipulations, the seller is obliged to rectify any defects and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If unrectifiable, the buyer retains the right to reject these goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives, ensuring compliance with contract requirements without surpassing the original delivery deadline.
The seller is committed to implementing a robust quality assurance system that aligns with the rigorous standards specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, all products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty for our 4 pumps extends to 18 months post-shipment or 12 months after commissioning, whichever is earlier. Should any manufacturing defects arise during this period, we pledge to replace parts at no additional charge. In the event of pump issues due to buyer-related reasons, our team is ready to offer prompt assistance. Replacement parts come with a one-year warranty, ensuring continued reliability.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
