  A:yes dear your money is protected by the made-in-china platform. you can pay by TT BANK or LC at sight.

  A: We support Overseas Installation for all our medium / big machines, small machines you will gain online video technical support (Trading company may not support).
    If you have any question about the machine during using it , our engineer can supply the service 24hours online.

6. Q: If my machine break down how to do ?

7.  Q: Can you assure the quality?   
    A: Yes, we can. Our equipment will be carefully tested before shipping, and can be used over 10 years. You can come to our factory and check the machine and machine testing before delivery .

8.  Q: When will the machine delivery and how to guarantee the machine delivery?   
    A: The machine will delivery 15-25 working days after recieved the deposit ,
        if can't delivery on time (delay more than 7days ), our factory will provide the free spare parts for you , or you can cancel the order . The deposit will send back to you .Q:How is your After-sales service:
