RTO Product Description
Introduction of the Product:
RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution designed by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It efficiently treats waste gas emissions by utilizing a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan. The innovative design allows for high thermal efficiency (approximately 98%) while minimizing heat loss and reducing operating costs.
Operational Principle:
The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes high-temperature oxidation (around 800 ºC). This process effectively decomposes VOCs into harmless CO2 and H2O, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Processing Objects:
RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with various production processes, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC levels below 5000PPM.
Processing Capacity:
RTO can handle a wide range of processing capacities, from 5000 to 100000Nm3/h, with exceptional zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
