Introduction of the Product:
RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is an innovative environmental solution developed by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It efficiently treats waste gas using a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan, resulting in reduced emissions and high thermal efficiency.
Operational Principle:
The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber for high-temperature oxidation to decompose VOCs. The treated gas undergoes further heat treatment in a regenerator before being discharged from the system.
Processing Objects:
RTO is suitable for chemical plants with various production processes like reactors, centrifuges, and coating operations. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases, typically with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.
Processing Capacity:
RTO can handle processing capacities ranging from 5000 to 100000Nm3/h, supporting concentrations exceeding 100,000 square hours.
