Test Principle

 The principle of infrared sensor method is adopted. Humidified nitrogen gas with a certain humidity flows on one side of the material, and dry nitrogen gas flows at a fixed flow rate on the other side of the material. The existence of humidity ladder difference leads to the diffusion of water vapor from the high humidity side to the low humidity side. On the low humidity side, the water vapor passing through is carried to the infrared sensor by the flowing dry nitrogen gas (carrier gas); the sensor will generate corresponding electrical signal to the vapor concentration of carrier gas; the electric signal of the sensor is measured accurately, and the water vapor transmittance of the sample is calculated.
