Test principle
Place one side of the pre-treated thin sample on the lower measuring surface, and the upper measuring surface parallel to the lower measuring surface and aligned with the center falls on the other side of the thin sample with a certain pressure, and the sensor integrated with the measuring head automatically detects the distance between the upper and lower measuring surface, that is, the thickness of the thin sample.
