Working principle:
The pile in the flocking hopper is magnificently spurted out by an advanced electrostatic spray gun. This process is energized by the powerful combination of a motor's stirring action and a high-pressure air flow. Furthermore, the pile is expertly ionized by static electricity right at the nozzle, bestowing upon the pile a potent negative charge. The pile then makes its dynamic journey to the workpiece, where it gracefully embeds itself into the adhesive coating on the workpiece surface, guided by the symphony of air flow and electric field.
