A: 1. Kitchen design plans. If you already have kitchen cabinets design plans, you can send it to us. If not, provide your kitchen room size, shape, floor to ceiling height, window & wall location, and kitchen appliance size, and we will make a design for you.
2. Kitchen cabinets materials options. We offer various materials, hardware, door styles, countertops, toekicks, and packing for customers' options.
3. Quotation. After materials are confirmed, we will make a quotation for you.
4. Sign Contract. If needed, we will sign a contract.
5. Payments and Production. Upon receiving your deposit payments, we will start making your kitchen cabinets.
6. Delivery. We will arrange shipments and send the kitchen cabinets to you.
7. After sales. If you have questions about installation, we will instruct you step by step until successful installation. If anything is broken during delivery, you can send us a photo, and we will make a new part for you for free.
