I.Characteristics
1.Easy to move: The equipment is installed with the handrail, polyurethane universal wheel and brake wheel, which make the movement easy and silent, and the stop stable.
2.Slow rise function: The welding current rises slowly from 0-99. Which can effectively suppress sparks, avoid splashing during welding, and protect personnel more safely.
3.Adjustable current: 1-99% of welding current heat, larger adjustment range and wider application range.
4. Human control of time: time setting 99 cycles, how long the switch is pressed, how long the machine is welding.
5.Automatic time control: the time is set to 1-98 cycles, corresponding to0.02-1.98 seconds; the device will automatically stop when the time is up.
6.Fault diagnosis function: The product can automatically detect the operating status; if there is a failure, it will prompt that ER1 is directly connected and ER2is not connected.
7.Overheatna alarm: The device is equipped with a temperature control switch of 85 degrees Celsius, if overloaded use causes overheating, it will display ER3 overheating alarm and automatically stop the device.
8.There are two starting methods for choice: the factory default level starts, keep pressing the button to start welding, and the device stops when the hand is released, allow to choose to change the pulse start, click the button, and the automatic welding will automatically shut down.
