Can produce round and oval PE pipe and Aluminum.
All the bearings and cylinders used for the equipment are imported.
The photoelectric induction is used to automatically calibrate and locate the target quickly and accurately.
The integral screw adjusting mode is adopted, which makes it convenient and quick to adjust the machine and replace the tooling.

This equipment is mainly used for packaging processing of liquid materials, such as oil, water, beverage, medicine, shampoo, shower gel, perfume, nail polish, cream, BB cream, SPA essence, ointment, cream, eye cream, essence and other products etc.




Process flow:

Pipe Bin (hose container)→ automatic pipe loading → marking and positioning → filling → tail hot melt → pressing and sealing tail, Typing Code → hose positioning → cutting → finished product discharge
