Product Description
36kV pin post insulator is suitable for high-voltage line facilities. It has good hydrophobicity, aging resistance, tracking resistance and electrical corrosion resistance, high tensile and bending strength, high mechanical strength, good impact resistance, shock resistance and brittle fracture resistance , light weight, easy installation, its top and bottom installation dimensions are the same as the corresponding ceramic pin installation dimensions, and can be used interchangeably.
Producet Feature
1.Housing material is high-quality silicone rubber with the characteristic of waterproof and UV resistance.
2.3 mm thick high-temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber sheds improve the mechanical characteristics of the system while reducing the
electric field strength of the FRP rod
3.Big creepage distance for optimum contamination performance.
4.The core wil be an epoxy fiberglass core, which has good performance on fracture resistance, high-temperaure resistance, and stress corrosion
resistance.
5.The end metal fitting is crimped to the fiberglass core instead of silicone housing, to reach the maximum mechanical load.
