T15 Wilden Intelligent Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump for Corrosive Liquids
The Welling air operated pump is a dual chamber diaphragm, positive displacement pump. After each stroke is completed. The pump discharges the liquid in one of the liquid chambers. Some of the wetted parts (parts in contact with the liquid) are movable: two diaphragms are connected to each other by a shaft, and there are two inlet and outlet balls. The diaphragm separates the compressed air supply from the liquid, the compressed air pushes the diaphragm instead of the shaft, and the load pressure acting uniformly on the diaphragm replaces the mechanical stress generated by the shaft, thus prolonging the life of the diaphragm.
