FUOOTECH FYZ-10 OLTC Oil Purification Machine/On-load Tap Changer Oil Purifier Transformer Oil Purifier
OLTC transformers regulate the system voltage while the transformer is under energy. They regulate the low and high voltage so they prevent the negative effects of voltage variation. OLTC transformers do not require maintenance for long time by using online oil Purifier.
Features
1. Work online with on-load working transformer or high voltage switch.
2. High quality filters remove the particles, impurities and moisture effectively, and the filters are easily taken out for replacing and cleaning.
3. All-weather Structure Case and standard control box, Made of Stainless steel.
4. PLC with touch screen installed (Optional): Displaying the filter's status and machine operation status.
5. Positive and negative direction control of the motor, protection of over-load of motor start and phase-lacking.
6. The oil pump adopts NOP integrated cycloid oil pump imported from Japan. The pump has internal circulation in the oil circuit to ensure long-term safe operation without leakage; the pump body is equipped with a relief valve, which automatically releases the pressure when the system pressure exceeds 0.5Mpa to ensure the safe operation of the pump.
7. Automatically run this machine once after the operation of OLTC, the operation time can be set according to requirement from 0-99 hours, but it is usually set as 30 minutes. Another way is to proceed the filtration works every day at a fixed time lasting two hours. 8. Small volume, light weight, low maintenance cost and time.

Series FYZ OLTC (On Load Tap Changer) Insulation Oil Purifier is mainly used in the bypass circulation filtering system of OLTC. It can timely filter the oil while the transformer operates normally, or it can automatically filter the oil after switching of the OLTC.
This equipment can efficiently remove the impurities, dissociated free carbon, water and oxides to ensure the quality of oil, thus it can guarantee the oil's insulation, increase the switching times, postpone the repairing period, decrease the power cut off times, ensure the voltage's quality and improve the safety and reliability of the OLTC. Series FYZ Insulation Oil Purifier is usually installed near the OLTC permanently (the hanging installation or fixed installation beside) as a special equipment. There are many kinds of models with different flow ratse and accessories with different functions for choices according to client's actual need.
