The centrifugal oil filter is assembled according to the requirements of shipowners, design institutes, shipyards or land users, and according to the separator system diagram confirmed by the other party, the separator, electrical equipment and related accessories are assembled. This unit is used to separate and purify fuel oil and lubricating oil in ship diesel engine fuel and lubricating oil systems. It can also be used to separate and purify fuel oil, lubricating oil and turbine oil in land power stations and diesel-generator systems.

Solid particles in the liquid will slowly settle to the bottom of the container under the influence of gravity. As shown in the figure, the deposition rate depends on the depth of the liquid. In order to speed up this rate, the only way is to reduce the depth of the liquid and increase the sinking area of the tank. As the heavier material sinks, the lighter liquid rises to achieve separation. In the ultra-high-speed rotating container, there are dozens of laminations with small gaps between each other. This gap makes the liquid depth described in gravity separation very small. Under the condition of high-speed rotation, gravity is replaced by centrifugal force, which increases thousands of times in an instant. Liquids (water and oil) with different densities and extremely fine particles with higher density are rapidly moved under the action of this powerful centrifugal force. Separate and discharge the separator in different ways. There are two separator mechanisms for automatic slag discharge and regular manual slag discharge.
