When the bottle is detected by the light eye, the filling lifting mechanism is pressed down, and the filling needle is inserted into the bottle. The metering pump controls the entire process of liquid inlet into the pump body and liquid outlet from the filling head. After the filling is completed, the lifting mechanism rises, the turntable moves the bottle to the filling station, and the cold is sucked up by the cold suction nozzle. Driven by the cam, the cold-absorbing nozzle is circularly rotated above the bottle mouth (the bottle clamping station clamps the bottle mouth), Press the inner plug into the mouth of the bottle, and the turntable will turn the bottle with the inner plug into the upper cover station.
Put the cap on the bottle mouth by the suction nozzle, Pre-pressing, the turntable will run the capped bottle to the cap screwing station, and the cap will be screwed by the screw head
Tight, the turntable will turn the capped bottle out of the turntable mechanism and send it to the conveying mechanism. The bottle is sent to the next process by the conveying mechanism.
