Product Description
1).Solid square steel frame: Panel 30mm thick , solid cage use 60 * 60mm square steel, the base use 120mm × 120mm square tube, back transmission gearbox are widened for easy repair. Bottom panel 18mm thick. The main frame panel adopts six-sided high-precision plane grinding and module design to ensure the stability of high-speed operation.
Adopt stainless steel covering the machine surface, better appearance and much cleaner.
2)Adopt noise reduction in the transmission side frame of the whole machine.
3)The attached equipment is fixed on the ground after adjusting the height.
2 sets of Crusher system, continuous fluff forming drum(diameter ~1500mm)
1) Upright pulp frame, equipped with auto lifting system, convenient for loading and uploading pulp, the diameter of pulp should be ≤1400mm
2) Crusher, horizontally feeding, adopted with sawmill, can crush untreated, half treated and treated pulp, pulp width is ≤480mm, the capacity of crusher motor is 75+30KW, bursting strength of pulp is ≤1200kpa, crush ability about 800kg+600kg/hour
3) Pulp feeding system adopted with servo control, feeding speed can change according to the production speed automatically, also adopted with auto detecting function, will auto stop and alarm when raw material run out or break up
Driving system:
1)Multiple sets of servo motors are used for machine driving. Main raw material unwinding is driven by servo control to ensure the machine accuracy and stability when high-speed running. No need to replace the transmission parts when changing different product sizes, it can be set directly on PLC, easy to operate and maintain.
2)All cutters frame are processed by CNC to ensure the cutting accuracy and prolong the service life.
3)The cutters are driven by universal joint coupling.
4)Synchronous belts bearing large force are widened.
Air supply:
1)Vacuum, forming drum device, dust and waste collection in the production process, equipped with multiple air pumps and negative pressure fans.
2)The air circuit is set at the top of the equipment, made of steel pipe to reduce the generation of static electricity. The high-pressure fan supplies air uniformly and the pressure is adjustable.
3)The wind pipe is set at the top of the equipment, uniformly transported by galvanized pipe / PVC pipe, connected with the required gas distribution pipe at the nearest place, and arranged in order.
4)Adopt stainless steel pipes over the machine. (Except of conveying suction pipes) Higher strength.
Servo System:
1)All servo motors unified controlled by PLC, realize the precious adjustment of each driving unit.
2)Each servo motor running condition can be shown and revised through touchable screen.
3)Do not need to change any transmission part to change product's size.
4)Machine can remotely controlled, change parameters according to client's request, can adjust the size of all raw materials .
5)It can delete the difference of mechanical running in time and guarantee the qualified rate.
Detection system:
1)Raw materials connection joint auto detection, auto rejection.
2)Raw materials breaking auto alarm and auto stop.
3)Lycra breaking auto detection and auto rejection.
4)Detection switch shelf is convenient to adjust.
Driving system:
1)Single button starts up one by one to reduce the power network impact.
2)Without blower start up and glue applicator start up, machine cannot start up. Also this function can be shield.
