Detailed Introduction: 

The main features of the direct expansion combined air treatment unit are both beautiful and high performance. Quiet operation, shockproof, easy maintenance, convenient assembly, disassembly and transportation. Structurally, anodized profiles are used to prevent oxidation. It is equipped with heat-insulating rubber strips to minimize the heat transfer of the cold bridge and prevent the phenomenon of condensation on the outer frame of the profile. The panel adopts double-layer foam panel, the outer layer is spray-coated with cold-rolled steel sheet surface, the inner layer is high-quality galvanized steel sheet, and the inner part is filled with polyurethane foam material technology. The frame and the panel are precisely fitted to form a smooth surface. In design, all cabinet screws are hidden in the cabinet, the cabinet is beautiful and flat, the heat insulation performance is good, and the air leakage rate is low.

1. Box body: It is made of panel and aluminum frame with pole treatment. The thickness of the panel is 30mm (30mm thick plate can also be provided according to user requirements). The panel and frame are tightly combined, the structure is compact, and the inner and outer surfaces are smooth and flat, which is helpful to reduce dust deposition and facilitate cleaning. The panel adopts a double-panel structure, a thermal insulation sandwich panel with an internal foaming agent, and can also provide a medium-thick outer panel spray coating and a stainless steel panel, with a glass wool insulation structure in the middle.

2. Frame: composed of aluminum alloy strips. The inner sleeve steel fiberglass ABS rubber angle is connected with the self-tapping screws. The chassis is welded by rigid or bent parts, and the height is 63, 80, and 100mm.

3. Air inlet: It adopts aluminum alloy regulating air valve, and can supply air valve with sealing gasket on the upper edge of valve blade and panel edge as required. When the regulating valve is placed outside the box, the damper is installed on the frame of the air-conditioning box, otherwise it is installed on the panel of the air-conditioning box.

4. Mixing box: Two or three strands of air can be configured to mix and install the damper. If the damper is not needed, a flange or cover plate can be provided there. The cover plate can be opened according to the size required by the user.

5. Filter: The choice of filter determines the quality of the air that can be processed. We can provide different types of filters and characteristic parameters to choose from, and can also be equipped with some accessories according to user requirements, such as fluid pressure regulating valves, micro differential pressure display meters, etc. Filter types include: primary effect filter, medium effect filter, all aluminum and stainless steel air filter, high efficiency HEPA filter, activated carbon filter, electrostatic filter.

6. Heat exchanger: The finned coil heat exchanger is an important part of the air processor. The coil can be used to exchange heat between the primary fluid (gaseous or liquid refrigerant) and air to the required temperature (and Humidity) status. The type of coil is a refrigerant direct expansion coil. Each cold coil is fitted with a condensate pan. Standard coils are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 rows with fins spaced at 8, 10, and 12 inches per inch. 7. Electric heating: Electric heating is used for heating in winter and dehumidification in summer. It is inconvenient to provide hot water or dry steam heating in a traditional way. It has the advantages of convenient installation and maintenance and small size.

8. Humidifier: When humidity control is required, a humidifier should be installed. Humidification types include dry steam humidifier, electrode humidifier, electric humidifier, wet film humidifier, etc.
