Casing for sausages has hog casing, sheep casing and beef casing. It is also could be categoried into big size casing and small size casing. Different casings for sausages have different grainsize requirements.
The content of Kingsalt for skins is above 99.5% and the grainsize could be controlled during the production. Sifted salt could meet different grainsize requirements.
