1, Q: Do you have your own production factory?
  A: Yes, besides our own factories, Ruifeng also has good business relationship with  many
  other fastener, tool, and facilities mills in China & overseas. 
 
2, Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
   A: Clear standards and written inspection records, including incoming material, each process
   control, final inspection, and customer's complaint. 
        Daily record is traceable.
 
3, Q: Do you have quality certification?
   A: Yes, CE, SGS, ISO, ect.
 
4, Q: What's the delivery time?
   A: Within 30 Days (approx.). It is up to the real production schedules.
 
5, Q: Is combination acceptable in one container?
   A: Acceptable. 
 
6, Q: Is sample available?
   A: Ruifeng is glad to send you the sample for test / evaluation.
 
7, Q: About your products, could you accept OEM?

  A: Yes, Ruifeng has its own product research & development department. With agreement,
  based on sample or spec. drawings, Ruifeng would like to develop new items for special

     A: Yes. And, in accordance with tool / machine's models, Ruifeng sends the diagram to
     you for reviewing and suggest you some easy-broken parts.
