Product Description
  This system is ideal for purifying large-volume, low-concentration exhaust gas, whether intermittent or continuous. It accommodates inlet exhaust concentrations up to ≤600 mg/m³, with adjustable CO desorption regeneration frequency based on load. Secondary waste heat recovery enhances energy efficiency.

Technical Principle

  The device operates in two stages: adsorption and regeneration.

 
  1.Adsorption Process
  Organic waste gas passes through the adsorption bed, where organic components are trapped in the micropores of the adsorption material, separating them from the remaining clean gas, which is discharged by a fan.
 
  2.Regeneration Process
  Once the adsorption material is saturated, hot air desorbs the trapped organics, concentrating the gas 10-20 times by controlling the flow rate. The desorbed gas is heated to 250-350ºC by the built-in electric heater. Catalytic oxidation then converts the organics into CO and HO with over 95% efficiency, releasing heat. This heat is reused for desorption and system operations. When organic gas concentrations exceed 2000 PPM, the system achieves thermal balance, requiring no additional energy for continued operation.
 
  3.High-Temperature Regeneration
  Zeolite, with a heat resistance of up to 600ºC, undergoes deep desorption at temperatures above 450ºC, ensuring long-term durability and a lifespan of over 5 years.
