1 Product Overview
31XX series multi-channel rotary valve is a product independently developed by Keyto, the main function is to achieve multi-channel switching. This series of rotary valve has a variety of model selection. Moreover, this series of rotary valves can withstand different reagents under different working conditions, and the operating life can reach more than 1 million times.
1.1 31XX Series Multi-Channel Rotary Valve Characteristic 
This rotary valve is integrated with a drive controller, which controls the operation of the stepper motor by receiving instructions from the host computer. So as to realize the fluid channel switch. There are three kinds of serial port protocol: RS232/RS485/CAN bus.
The rotary valve adopts sapphire spool, which can be applied to all kinds of corrosive liquids. The valve head is processed by PCTFE (polytrifluoroethylene), which is maintension-free.
Spool rotor rotation depends on the planetary reducer motor as the power device, high reliability.
Advanced zirconia ceramic processing technology, strict inspection procedures, unique sealing scheme, to ensure that the service life of the valve can reach more than 1 million times, without maintenance and care.
Contact with liquid medium parts of the material of good chemical resistance. Various materials can be selected to ensure the compatibility of chemical media.
1.2 Word Definition   
  1. Flow capacity CV
Also known as the flow coefficient, foreign general CV, domestic general KV, the two can be converted, are dimensionless parameters, on behalf of the liquid flow capacity of components, the actual design and use, according to the application conditions to convert into a dimensional flow reference.

  1. Max Response Time
From the inlet end, pass air or water with a medium of 0.25MPa or maximum working pressure difference, and input the start signal to the tested rotary valve. Rotate from any channel to the channel corresponding to this channel at 180°. The outlet of the rotary valve is measured by the pressure sensor. At the same time, the interval time from the moment the signal is sent to the maximum pressure rise from the instant the signal is sent by the test instrument with fast response time, and the arithmetic average of the values corresponding to different corresponding channels is the maximum response time. The same is true for the response time test of switching to another specified channel.
