    YXS-HT-100 / 300V series brake pad/lining shear strength testing machine is used to measure the bonding strength between pad and back plate of disc brake ,lining and shoe of drum brake under normal and high temperature.

 

       YXS-HT-100 / 300V series brake pad/lining shear strength testing machine can test and analyze the mechanical shear performance of brake linings and composite materials. It can test the shear strength of various types of brake linings by replacing auxiliary devices of different specifications. It is widely used in aerospace, high-speed trains, rail transit, motor vehicle parts, vehicles (buses, cars, trucks, motorcycles, electric vehicles), elevators, oil drilling rigs and other brake lining related industries.
      The testing machine adopts computer servo control, collecting, analyzing and processing test data, drawing test curves and printing test reports.
     Various specifications of disc and drum brake shoe assembly shear fixture can be customized on demand.
