Gas Fired Hydraulic Tilting Type Rotary Aluminum Melting Furnace




The furnace body is of an oval shape. The two sides of the hearth are built with once-forming refractory material with a high strength. The furnace lining is comprised of refractory layer, heat preservation layer, and heat insulation layer. The hearth is built with high strength once-forming casting material. The hearth is equipped with one fire blocking ring which could prolong the flame stay period, increase melting speed and reduce energy consumption. The furnace has the features of high performance, air tightness, high strength, and long service life. The heat preservation layer and insulation layer are both of ceramic fiber material. The furnace has a fast temperature rising speed, a good heat preservation, and a low energy consumption.
The burning system is comprised of the fan, the solenoid valve, the igniter, and the flame monitor. Connect the burner with power, and the burner will work.
