1.POST-CONSUMER FILM / LDPE FILM + HDPE FILM
Post-consumer film is a kind of plastic waste, primarily packaging, which is the result of consumption by private and commercial end consumers. These kinds of waste films are often with heavily contaminated and must be pre-sorted before being washed and regranulated.The complex processes for cleaning to these films require highly efficient washing systems that work in several steps. 2.POST-COMMERCIAL FILM / LDPE + LLDPE FILM
Post-industrial film refers in general to transparent plastic films with a high stretch content,which are recovered from supermarkets and other businesses scope. These soft plastic films are often contaminated with organic matter and paper labels, which must be removed and separated in a complex procedure. Drying thin stretch wrap poses a special challenge and is handled efficiently by a squeezing dryer from RETECH'sp squeezer Dryer.The goal is to produce a granulate for subsequent extrusion that is as transparent as possible and free of contaminants, with the same market quality as new material.KEY Product: Squeezing Machine Dryer
3.HDPE BOTTLES
HDPE bottles are pre-sorted and compacted and usually handled as baled material by baler. The purity of these pre-sorted waste fractions varies significantly from one country or region to another. The washing system can be streamlined to accommodate the intended application of the reprocessed plastic. 4.PP BOXES / PO HARD PLASTICS
These are plastics such as mono fractions and mixed plastics recovered from commercial waste or kerbside waste collection. The pre-shredders from RETECH's RS series are sturdy machines that are resistant to foreign objects and obstructions and reliably reduce the feed material to the defined grain size. The separation technology is of special importance to the washing process. Here the plastic with a density of > 1 g/cm³ is separated from the PO fractions using various different methods. 5.PP BIG BAGS
One particular recycling challenge is posed by PP big bags, as they often contain unidentified foreign matter. Such abrasive residual matter as sand, glass or ceramics can increase wear and tear on the cutting unit. In order to guarantee uninterrupted operations with high throughput despite the additional stress on the machine, we offer special wear & spare part packages. This way, you can react quickly if a part needs changing and keep production downtime to a minimum.PP big bag is full of strong power to cut especially on belt. 6.AGRICULTURAL FILM ( LDPE / LLDPE )

Crusher/Grinder
To cut the big bag or film into small flakes shape by rotate blades. The bottom screen hole is to control the size of film/flakes.
Aiming at different shape of plastics,RETECH crusher have 2 options.
Friction washer:
RETECH can supply low speed and high speed friction washing unit on the basis of the level of dirt on plastics.This washing unit is to reduce as much as dirt from plastics,it helps th washing pressure on floating washing unit.
Speed from 500RPM to 2000RPM.
Washing tank:
Plastics on floating water level or fall bottom of tank will decide which type of tank we use.The PET/PVC such kind of plastic always sinking in water needs a bottom washing and pushing screw. The PP/PE film always swim on the surface of water and pushing by rollers.
Dryer:
There are two way on drying part of washing line, while processing HDPE/PP rigid plastics,we use dehydrator centrifuge force to remove water in very high speed.
Another dryer is by squeezing dryer of plastic LDPE/LLDPE film soft plastics.It is much more efficiency on LDPE/LLDPE film processing.
