By 3000kg/h Plastic PP HDPE ABS PC Density Separation Color Sorting Material Separator Crushing Separating Recycling Line,the different plastics could be crushed and the springs,ferrous and nonferrous could be removed, the sinking and floating plastics will be separated by water density. In the end of the plastic washing line,the flakes will be dry and clean. Here,different colors and similar materials will be re-sorting by color sorting system and material sorting equipment.
After getting separated,we need to put the different plastics into our PP PE flakes pelletizing machines to make granules.
