Retech plastic recycling plant PP PE LDPE HDPE film and woven bag compactor granulating line is the recycling machine which make the plastic into pellets. RETECH series compacting pelletizing system, it is a three in one recycling machine designed for low density plastic articles. High efficiency automatic pelletizing machine from our company is designed for recycling plastic PP,PE,HDPE,LDPE, LLDPE,PA66,PC,PET,OPP,BOPET,ABS and etc. which are widely used in making bags, film rollers, stretch film, shrink film, multi-layer film, T-shirt bag cut-offs; Foamed PE, sheet, food container, fruit net, cover, fiber, raffia, silk, yarn, woven bag, jumbo bag. One pelletizing machine can produce more than 10 kinds of plastic material.

Process flow of plastic film granulating machine:
Feeding conveyor belt →metal detector(optional) → compactor force feeder→single screw extruder(first stage) →Vacuum degassing system→hydraulic screen changer→Degassing Die Head→ Single screw extruder(second stage)→Hydraulic screen changer→Die face cutting→Water cooling tank→dewatering machine→Vibration screen→ Air feeding system→silo

1.Belt conveyor

(1)Belt conveyor as standard feeding device for plastic film, raffia, filament, woven bag, nonwoven fabric, etc.

(2)Metal detector can be installed on conveyor as optional item, Detecting and separating the metal to protect the compactor and extruder effectively.
 
2.Compactor

(1)With optimal design of rotary blades and stationary blades.

(2)The material got cutting, mixing and compacting in the compactor uniformly, to ensure the material heated and dried effectively which guarantee a fast and stable feeding from the compactor into the extruder.
 
3.Single screw extruder

(1)Referring to the Germany design concept and method, designed for single screw extrusion machine, with the structure of in-volute gear teeth.

(2)High efficiency and low noise, Long use life and low maintenance cost.
 
4.Water ring pelletizer

(1)Cutting speed of pelletizer controlled automatically by PLC according to the pressure of die head, which could achieve the
uniform size for output pellets.

(2)Blades of pelletizer touch to die plate automatically by pneumatic system, make sure blades contact with die plate properly, easy to operate and abrasion avoided.
 
5.Dewatering Device

(1)This drying system can get final pellet humudity less than 1%.

(2)Horizontal design of dewaterer with small floor area.
 
6.Silo

(1)The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.

(2)Pipes and silos are wrapped
with black sound insulation cotton, which reduces the volume from 82dB to 68dB.
(3)New design makes it easier to operate.
