Overview:
Jeelube GEA series is based on fully synthetic base oil and new additives, and blended with special hite solid lubricant. This special lubricant ensures excellent wear protection and very high lubricating film stability.
Jeelube GEA series together with Jeelube OGG, Jeelube BLG and Jeelube OGO represent Jeelube multi-stage lubrication system.

Features:
Prevents glue of gears even under conditions of poor lubrication and meshing.
Flow restriction on the outside of the gear mesh minimizes lubricant flow out of the gear housing and prevents lubricant loss from metal surfaces even after equipment has been down for a period of time.
Contains flame retardant ingredients, which can effectively reduce the risk of burning, and will not spontaneously ignite on the hot kiln shell.
Free of heavy metals, solvents and asphalt;
Applicantions:
Jeelube GEA can be used for the lubrication of rotary kilns, ball mills and dryers in the raw material industry. It is often used in oil sumps or circulating lubrication systems, and is suitable for open gears under severe working conditions. For example, low-speed rotary kiln with high gear surface temperature, ball mill with high driving torque, and driving conditions with frequent start and stop.
Application temperature range: 0 °C --140 °C;
Jeelube GEA meets the design requirements of AGMA 9005-E01/D-2.
