A4-H3 PLC control intelligent A4 perfect glue binding machine
1. It is one of the few glue binders in China that uses Omron relays to control the machine. The operation is simple, such as:automatic and manual switching, dual counter function (one set cannot be reset), insurance function, preheating display, machine detection function, etc.
2. Hard chrome plated clamps.
3. The aluminum alloy gravity-cast rubber groove and high-density tungsten steel milling cutter are sturdy and durable.
4. The milling cutter type is a sun milling cutter + a small milling cutter. The sun milling cutter has 24 teeth and has a stronger processing capability for folding pages, coated paper and thicker books.
5. The machine runs at a speed of 400 books per hour.
6. Use a cover thickness between 70G-350G.
7. It has the function of glue binding note book.
