For smaller spools, we generally use wooden pallets with plastic film for packaging. For larger spools, such as sizes 630, 800, or 1000, we only use woven bags for packaging. This method helps save space and reduces shipping costs.

Our company is divided into two production departments, the plastic and steel reels. The plastic products have started exporting since 2020. Currently, the primary material used for our plastic plates is ABS new material, which can be used as a substitute for wooden plates. It boasts of low cost and long service life advantages.

Q1. Are you manufacturer or trade company?
A: Trade assurance, T/T, L/C, Weston Union are all accepted.
Q3. What is normal lead time?
A: Average 7-25days for tooling, bulk orders should be depends on quantity.
Q4. What is your standard package?
A: In general we use wooden pallet for small spools, woven bags for large spools.
Special packing method is available if needed.
Q5. What is the working life of the mould?
A: It depends on the customers' stroges conditions. Besides, we will maintain or replace the mould by ourselves.
