Function:
1. Control Pattern: The load can be controlled locally, remotely, or intelligently.
2. Local Control: Manual load/unload control and viewing of test data via switches and meters on local control panel.
3. Remote control:
1) Remote console:
Remote manual: The system is equipped with a remote console, through the remote console button switch for loading/unloading control.
Pre-installed 1500kW control module, gear switch and interface with the same voltage class. (Grade 1, 2, 2, 5, 10, 20, 20, 50, 100, 100, 200, 200, 200, 200kW)
Remote automatic: load/load control through the touch screen (Kunlun on-state) on the remote console.
Remote intelligence: Intelligent control of the load cabinet through the computer on the remote console. Data management software is used to control the load, realize automatic loading, display, record and manage the test data, generate various curves and charts, and support printing.
2) Remote control box
Remote control box: The system is equipped with a remote control box, through the remote control box on the button switch for local loading/unloading control.
Note: When the remote console and the control box control the load, only one of the two can be selected, and there is only one remote control interface in the load cabinet.
4. Intelligent Control: Through data processing software in PC, user can make automatic load, to display, record and manage the testing data, to form curves, tables, also to print them.
5. Control Pattern Interlock, there is control pattern switch, when choose one control pattern, operation of other pattern is invalid, avoid the clash.
6. Load/unload with One Key: Whether manual control, remote control or software control, user can preset the power, then press load master button. Load bank loaded according to preset power to avoid load fluctuation during the power changing.
7. Local Meter Display Data: Three-phase voltage, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and frequency parameters can be displayed through the local measuring instrument.
