The AOC-6841M series micro-flow control valves feature needle or flat-style valve core structures, enabling a minimum controllable CV value of 0.001, with seat diameters as small as 2mm to achieve precise control. Unlike conventional micro-flow control valves that employ single-seat structures, the AOC-6841M series implements multi-stage pressure reduction designs under high differential pressures, effectively mitigating cavitation effects. The valve core is constructed from integral hard alloy, boasting a surface hardness ranging from HRC44 to 60. The unique seal design ensures a leakage rate that reaches zero.
