Structure & Working Principle:
| 1. Structure: a valve from the next alloy valve, rubber tubes, the size stem lock, the next column, and other derivative component parts. |

| 3:Application:Pinch Valve is used to replace regular valve like butterfly valve, gate valve, ball valve and so on, it is suitable for water, sewage, oil, slurry, acid or alkaline solution and so on. Especially suitable for thermal power plant, waste-flushing and ash-flushing system of steel plants, with the advantage of anti-abrasive, scaling preventing, corrosion resistance. |
Features
| - Full diameter: when tube pinch valve is fully opened, the flow channel is cylinder rubber pipeline, the diameter is equal to valve nominal diamter, without turn and crack. No eddy, no vibration, no noise and no cavitation. Suitable for high velocity fluid valve |
| - -Scaling preventing: Valve flow channel is made of rubber, with smooth inside wall, not easy to scaling.Everytime when closing and opening, scaling will be crushed away valve |
| - - Closing tightly: Rubber flow channel has the advantage of fine wraping cability, valve can been closed tightly even if there is sundries on sealing surface valve |
| - Anti-abrasive and corrosion resistance valve |
