BBX3750 is a kind of Truck-mounted workover rig equipment, Max. hook load 900KN, mast height 29m,workover depth 4000m (73mmEUE), nominal drilling depth 1000m(114mm drilling pipe).
It's divided into two parts:
1. Special- purpose chassis, drive type 8*4;
2. special working equipment for workover.
Mast Assembly
Adopts structural mast, the hydraulic cylinder carries out lifting. Slant degree: 3.5, the mast upper body bearing unit equipped with cylinder bearing organ that is the turning block type, which structure is simple, safe and reliable.
Drawworks
Single drum structure, maximum capacity 180 KN, band or disc brake, with features compact structure, high efficiency, long service life.
Hydraulic Control system
Hydraulic oil pump using the fouling resistance gear oil pump, reliable performance; The reversing valve adopts manual and pneumatic control structure, the operation is simple and effort, concise line layout.
Main Application
Used for workover with:≤7000m depth, oil, water, oil, drilling for:water, gas.
