Product features:
1. Has good sealing and anti vibration capabilities to ensure that the equipment can adapt to operating in humid, rainy, and windy weather conditions, and can adapt to operating environment temperatures of -45 to+45 ºC. The equipment storage temperature is -19 to+45 ºC;
2. The heating system uses electric heaters to ensure the necessary air temperature for the operation of equipment placed in the container pump station;
3. The power supply for the pump station equipment comes from an external 380V 50Hz three-phase power supply, and the 24V DC voltage control system is powered by a 195Ah low-temperature battery pack;
4. The hardware configuration of the control system includes Siemens PLC ST60 and SMART700 touch screens; The control system is divided into local control and remote control;
5. The remote control box is connected to the local control through a 70 meter harness, and the local control is connected to the remote control through an RS-485 module via a cable. The communication protocol between the local control and the remote control is Modbus RTU;
