6) Introduction

Casing centralizers are to help center the casing in the wellbore can be used to help align casings through well heads near surface, allowing even distribution of the cement around the casing during cementing operations.

Solid Slip on Casing Centralizer is built out of solid steel bar or cast iron, with a fixed blade height and are sized to fit a specific casing or hole size.

Installations that allow casing rotation and reciprocation are preferred because of improved displacement efficiency. Most slip-on rigid centralizers must be installed between stop collars and are freely floating there between.
