Product Use
Application: Our premium fracturing hose is expertly designed for seamless and rapid connection between the fracturing wellhead and diversion skid, as well as between the fracturing truck and high and low pressure manifold. It efficiently injects fluid, infused with acid or fracturing sand, into the well at an impressive high flow rate, causing the oil-bearing rock to fracture and form beneficial cracks. These cracks remain supported in an open state, significantly enhancing the oil flow environment and ensuring prolonged productivity.
Hose Structure:
(a) Lining Layer: The inner lining is constructed from black polymer synthetic rubber, renowned for its exceptional wear-resistant and acid-resistant properties.
(b) Lining Wear Warning Layer: Crafted from white wear-resistant rubber, this layer serves as a crucial wear indicator, ensuring proactive maintenance.
(c) Pressure-Bearing Skeleton Layer: This layer is fortified with high-strength steel wire rope, providing unparalleled support and pressure endurance.
(d) Fire-Retardant Layer: A layer of glass fiber is incorporated to offer essential fire-retardant protection.
(e) Outer Wear Warning Layer: Constructed from red wear-resistant rubber, it acts as an outer wear indicator, enhancing durability.
(f) Outer Protective Layer: The outer layer, made from chloroprene rubber, excels in being flame-retardant, wear-resistant, and resistant to oil, ozone, and UV rays.
(g) Protective Sheath: Tailor the hose's external protection to your precise needs with options like stainless steel armor or a plastic spiral sheath.
(h) End Joint: Experience robust connections with end joints made from high-strength alloy steel, available in designs such as flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, Grayloc Hub, etc.
• Transporting Medium: Capable of efficiently transporting fracturing fluid, fracturing sand, hydrochloric acid, liquid carbon dioxide, and more.
