Product Description

High Slump Retaining Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
Description
ART-M231 is a high-performance, slump-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer independently developed by Aolite, designed to significantly extend the working time of concrete. This product is capable of functioning in extreme high-temperature conditions to some extent, making it specially designed for summer and tropical climates. ART-M231 uses a unique esterification process to modify all carboxyl groups in the polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecular structure. Initially, it has a certain dispersing ability, and as mixing time increases, the effective components of the product are gradually released, with the release time exceeding 5 hours. This significantly extends the working time of the concrete mix. Additionally, ART-M231 has excellent air entrainment regulation capabilities, greatly enhancing the mechanical properties and durability of concrete.
Main Characteristics
Designed specifically for summer and tropical climates (above 40°C).
Compatible with other dispersing agents, retarders, air-entraining agents, early-strength agents, or other additives to achieve different effects.
Suitable for gel systems of Portland cement and sulfoaluminate cement.
Excellent release curve with low sensitivity.
Significantly reduces the yield stress of mortar mixtures.
Good air entrainment regulation capability.
Improves the cohesion and water retention of the mix.
Greatly reduces the shrinkage of the mortar.
Enhances the durability of the hardened mixture.
Applications
Pre-mixed concrete for tropical environments.
Concrete mixtures requiring ultra-long working time.
Ready-mix concrete and pumpable concrete.
Concrete for bridges, highways, and railways.
