Product Description

ART-P182
Powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Description

ART-P182 is slump-retaining powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer independently developed by ARIT with own intellectual property rights. ART-P182 has excellent slump-retaining ability, a gentle release process and good paste cohesion. During the polymerization process, a controlled-release group is directly modified on the structure, which endows ART-P182 with effective slump-retaining capabilities. ART-P182 is suitable for cement-based mortar and concrete systems with high slump-retaining requirements and can significantly improve the efficiency of long-distance concrete transportation.

Main Characteristics

Maintain no loss for 2 hours in cement-based materials, and the retention time can be adjusted according to the actual needs when used.
Compatible with other dispersants, retarders, air entrainers, early strength agents, and other additives to achieve different effects
Suitable for gel systems such as Portland cement and sulfoaluminate cement
Long slump retention time
Gentle release process
Low sensitivity to the material
Good plasticization and workability
Effective bubble control and good anti-shrinking effect
High efficiency in long-distance transportation
Good long-term storage stability.
Fully soluble
