Description
ART-SDS-UHPC STEEL FIBER 2013 is a Copper-coated micro steel fiber which is a new type of ultra-high strength concrete reinforcement material. Its raw material is steel cord with ultra-high strength (more than 2850MPa), which is directly cut from steel wire. Its diameter and strength performance are stable. Using special UHPC steel fiber equipment to produce stable length, flat and straight without bending. This product is widely used in long-span pedestrian bridges, highway and railway bridges, thin-walled silos, nuclear waste tanks, steel cable anchor reinforcing plates, ATM machine protective shells, etc.

Instructions for Use
Dosage:minimum dosage is 120kg/m3-200kg/m3
Mixing:When pouring sand and aggregates into the hopper, mix an appropriate amount of loose steel fibers evenly, and then add cement. Put it in a mixing table, dry and mix for 2 minutes. If it is glued in rows of steel fibers, you need to add steel fibers after adding water so that the water can dissolve the bonding glue.
Put the evenly mixed fiber concrete into the conveyor and transport.
Concrete pouring and laying should be compacted.

Packaging
20 kg per bag/carton or as your requirements,there are 50 bags or 1000kg in a pallet,20 tons per 20'container.
The pallets should be waterproof,don't stack pallets on top of each other.
SafetyGloves and eye protection should be used when adding the steel fibers.
