Product Description

The grade 800 is efficiently used below 590°C. For usage above 590°C, alloy 800H and alloy 800HT are used. These grades show exceptional creep resistance properties without failing even after long exposure to high temperature. These grades are also used in the sigma phase temperature range since they effectively resist embrittlement due to their composition and the titanium content stabilizes the carbides. The presence of aluminium in grade 800HT might be used to form intermetallic compounds during precipitation, this would subsequently increase the strength of the metal. Aluminium also helps in improving oxidation resistance.

Please note that wooden cases may incur extra costs not only for the case itself but also for increased freight costs, especially when using air transportation. The alloy is highly resistant, particularly to the rapid flow of seawater, making it ideal for marine and seawater applications. Additionally, it finds application in power generation, commercial gas turbines, food processing, chemical processing, cryogenic storage/pressure vessels, tanks .

Positive Material Identification (PMI)	Guohao Steel can perform PMI testing in house for most stainless steel grades, or we can work with independent labs to complete PMI in order to meet customer specifications.
Testing	In some cases, HT/ET/UT testing of the stainless steel pipes may be required. We can assist you with this requirement.

Q1:How can I get some samples?
A2:Small samples in store and can provide the samples for free. Catalogue is available, most patterns we have ready samples in stock. Customized samples will take about 5-7days.
Q2:Do you have any MOQ limit for stainless steel products order?
A3: MOQ, 1pc for ready stock of stainless steel seamless pipe. MOQ :1 tons for MTO.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. For mass products, ship freight is preferred.
Q4:How does your company do regarding quality control?
A5:Mill Test Certificate is supplied with shipment. If needed, a Third Party Inspection is acceptable or SGS.
