Product Description
Incoloy alloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of copper, molybdenum and titanium. The alloy's chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. The nickel content is sufficient for resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking. The nickel, in conjunction with the molybdenum and copper, also gives outstanding resistance to reducing environments such as those containing sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The molybdenum also aids resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy's chromium content confers resistance to a variety of oxidizing substances such as nitrates and oxidizing salts. The titanium addition serves, with an appropriate heat treatment, to stabilize the alloy against sensitization to intergranular corrosion. The resistance of Incoloy 825 to general and localized corrosion under diverse conditions gives the alloy broad usefulness. Applications include chemical processing, pollution control, oil and gas recovery, acid production, pickling operations, nuclear fuel reprocessing and handling of radioactive wastes.| 1. By default, we will use thick woven plastic bags to bundle the finished pipes together in batches. For some special pipes and tubes that are vulnerable to dirt, scratches, stress, or rough handling, we will suggest using wooden cases for protection. Please note that wooden cases may incur extra costs not only for the case itself but also for increased freight costs, especially when using air transportation. The alloy is highly resistant, particularly to the rapid flow of seawater, making it ideal for marine and seawater applications. Additionally, it finds application in power generation, commercial gas turbines, food processing, chemical processing, cryogenic storage/pressure vessels, tanks .

| Testing | In some cases, HT/ET/UT testing of the stainless steel pipes may be required. We can assist you with this requirement. Flare Test : - The Flare test should consist of test specimen (one end of tube among the lot of 100) with the help of expanding tool having covering an angle of 60 degree, until the specified outside diameter of the tube is increased atleast by 30% from the original. During this process, the tube should not exhibit any cracking through walls. Grain Size : - An n extended (transverse) sample exhibiting complete wall thickness of annealed alloys shall adhere to the average grain size as specified in ASTM B163 specification. Hardness : -In stress-relived conditions when annealed ends are specified for tubing, the hardness of the ends should not cross the limits as specified in ASTM B163. Hydrostatic or Nondestructive Electric Test : - Every tube should be put through either hydrostatic test or nondestructive electric test. Within the mentioned specification limits of outside diameter of 1/8 inches (3.2mm) and thickness of 0.015 inches (0.38mm), each tube should be tested to an internal hydrostatic pressure of 1000 psi. (6.9MPa). Fiber stress calculated using this formula should not exceed the specification limits. |

Q3:Do you have any MOQ limit for stainless steel products order?
A3: MOQ, 1pc for ready stock of stainless steel seamless pipe. MOQ :1 tons for MTO.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. For mass products, ship freight is preferred.
Q5:How does your company do regarding quality control?
A5:Mill Test Certificate is supplied with shipment. If needed, a Third Party Inspection is acceptable or SGS.
Q6: Is it OK to print my logo on products??
A7: Yes. OEM and ODM are available for us.
