Functions of test software:

XP-2 ASTM D2843 Building Material Burning Smoke Testing Exit Sign Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D2843 standard , it is mainly for building products testing.
By detecting the loss of light transmission in test chamber, it can measure smoke density of burning and decomposition of building material during test

- The test chamber is Teflon coating, to resist the corrosion of smoke released during burning.
- Light source is incandescent lamp, the photoelectric sensor is silicon photodiode, which has cosine calibration function.
- Color filter is equipped to filter out ultraviolet light and infrared light.
- Gas pressure of main burner is 256KPA, it is subjected to flame impact on test specimen.
- Gas pressure of auxiliary burner is 138KPA, it can continue burn the molten droplets.
- The computer and test software are equipped.
Functions of test software:
- XP-2 ASTM D2843 Building Material Burning Smoke Testing Exit Sign Tester can display the transmittance value of each 15s optical path, and can also draw the transmittance test curve. After test, the software can display the SDR smoke density value, that is, the smoke integral value;
- Through the test software, it can synthesize test reports of three sets of test samples to draw a SDR smoke density development curve.
- You can use the software to compare the three test results to judge whether the test results are ok.
- Connecting with a printer, the test results can be printed.
