General Descriptions:
Automatic Insulating oil tan delta and resistivity tester,also called High Precision Oil Dissipation Factor Tester or oil tangent delta tester, which is used for testing dielectric dissipation factor (tangent delta value), relative permittivity and DC volume resistivity of insulating liquids.
The instrument is characterized by integrated structure, and integrates the dielectric loss of grease cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge,AC test power, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source and other major components. It is equipped with large colorful touch screen LCD display. The test results can be automatically stored and printed out so that the operator with no professional training will be able to use it easily.

Features and Advantages:
- With microcomputer control, automatically complete the whole process including heating, temperature controlling, voltage rising, high-speed data sampling and calculating, display, print and storage test results. Fully auto-measurement, high precision and fast speed.
- Oil vessel with three-electrode structure design, electrodes space 2mm, it can eliminate stray capacitance and leakage effects on dielectric loss test results.
- Instrument adopts the medium frequency induction heater and PID temperature controller. It means that there is uniformity of temperature throughout the cell.
- Inbuilt standard capacitor, the dielectric loss and capacitance of the capacitor will not be affected by ambient temperature, humidity, etc., so that the accuracy of the instrument can be guaranteed even after long-term use.
- 7 inch colorful touch screen with adjustable brightness. Easy operation and human-friendly. Perfect protection and warmly reminding functions. There is over voltage, over current or high-voltage short circuit, instrument can quickly cut off and issues a warning sign. When the temperature of the sensor fails or is not connected, the instrument will also issue a warning message.
- Instrument with blank calibration function. Measuring the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of empty electrode cup is to judge the cleanness and assembly condition of oil vessel. Calibration data automatically saved is to facilitate accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
- Built-in real-time clock, display current time, date, and can be print out together with test results. Equipment can display the ambient temperature, real-time detect the environment.
- Auto-storage function. Can store data up to 100groups.
- Can connect to PC by USB/RS232 or Wireless transmission function. (Optional)
