ASTM D97 D2500 Cloud and Pour Point/CFPP/Solidification Point Tester
It is suitable to make determinations of pour point, cloud point, solidifying point and cold filter plugging point of petroleum products. This instrument can also be used to do these tests according to ASTM D97 and ASTM D2500.
1. It is multifunctional instrument. It can be used to do determinations of pour point, cloud point, solidifying point and cold filter plugging point of petroleum products.
2. Floor type. It is equipped with four wheels at bottom. Convenient to move.
3. Four chambers with eight baths. Each two baths in one trough are isothermal.The minimum temperature can reach -70ºC.The temperature control accuracy is ±0.5ºC.
4. It adopts special technology to make it no need to use cooling liquid in the cold chamber. The cooling speed is rapid.Easy to use and high efficiency.
5. It is equipped with LCD screen. The control panel is easy to operate.

(6) Cold trough IV: Except solidifying point and cloud point test, it can also be used to determine pour point.
(7) Handle: to turn cold trough for 45 degree when you make solidifying test.
(III) Instrument case
It contains the refrigeration compressor system and it is the refrigeration chamber of the instrument. It is forbidden to disassemble it by nonprofessional on refrigeration.
