| 1. The Real Time Optimization (RTO) control method is an effective means of solving the optimization and control of complex industrial processes. 2. RTO catalytic combustion equipment is an efficient organic waste gas treatment device. Compared with traditional catalytic combustion and direct combustion thermal oxidation furnaces (TO), it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (≥ 95%), low operating costs, and the ability to treat low concentration exhaust gases with high air volume. When the concentration is slightly higher, secondary waste heat recovery can also be carried out, greatly reducing production and operating costs. 3. The principle of RTO catalytic combustion equipment is to heat organic waste gas to above 760 degrees Celsius (depending on the composition), so that the VOCs in the waste gas are further oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through a specially designed ceramic heat storage body, causing the ceramic body to heat up and "store heat", which is used to preheat the organic waste gas that enters later. |

The organic waste gas is preheated in the heat storage chamber and then enters the oxidation chamber, where it is heated to around 800C to decompose VOCS in the waste gas into CO2 and H02. The high-temperature gas after oxidation is then subjected to heat treatment in another heat storage chamber before being discharged from the RTO system. This process continuously cycles and regenerates, with each heat storage chamber alternating between the modes of inputting exhaust gas and discharging treated gas.
