| [Construction reference] | 1) Mix the main putty with hardener at 100 : 2 ( weight ratio ) to make the color consistent and used up within the gel time. 2) Scrape the prepared putty on the sanded two-component primer surface or the surface of coldrolled sheet. If a thick coating is required, it is best to scrape multiple thin layers to the required thickness. If any air bubbles seep into coating during scraping, it must be thoroughly scraped with a scraper to ensure good adhesion. 30-60 minutes after scraping is the optimum time for wet grinding and 2-3 hours is the optimum dry grinding time | |
| [Cautions] | 1) Once the main putty is mixed with hardener, it cannot be put back into the original pot again. After use, it should be immediately covered to prevent the solvent from volatilizing and causing the main ash to deteriorate. It is strictly prohibited to mix solvents such as "Thinner/Banana Oil" to dilute the fiber glass putty for construction. 2) The curing time of the coating film will be slightly prolonged at low temperature and high humidity. The viscosity and gel time of the putty can be adjusted according to customer requirements. 3) This product should not be applied directly to galvanized sheets. 4) The effective storage period from the date of production is 6 months. If it exceeds the shelf life and is confirmed to be qualified through standard inspection, it can still be used again | |
