Limitations to Keep in Mind
While QMS-618 is a versatile solution, certain conditions may not be suitable for its application:
Incompatible Substrates: Avoid use on concrete, cement-based materials, and substrates containing zinc, brass, copper, or lead.
Continuous Water Immersion: Not recommended for areas subject to prolonged water exposure.
Air-Isolated Environments: Ensure adequate ventilation during curing.
Painting Requirements: Not suitable for surfaces requiring paint.
Structural Assemblies: For architectural-grade sealants or load-bearing applications, consider alternatives.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTIONUncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
